You will have a good eye for detail with strong written and numerical skills. You will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, you will need to work closely with artists, creative practitioners, communities, internal colleagues and external partners. You will have the ability to hit the ground running, work flexibly and manage a busy event schedule. The role requires some weekend and evening working, particularly August – October 2025 when a working pattern of Tuesday – Saturday may be preferable.
