THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

Seeking a Business Development Manager to support business growth, manage the sales cycle, and contribute to strategy. Open to senior candidates.

The role includes:

  1. Managing end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation
  2. Driving business development strategy
  3. Identifying AV industry innovations
  4. Securing new business
  5. Following up on sales leads
  6. Engaging new customers
  7. Market research and mapping
  8. Developing and presenting proposals
  9. Networking with clients
  10. Maintaining industry knowledge

THE CANDIDATE

Must have a background in business development and technical knowledge of AV equipment used in events, ideally from a production agency or technical supplier. Strong relationship-building skills are essential.
