Job summary

Quilter plc in Southampton is seeking a Culture and Change Partner to translate strategic priorities into practical change actions across the organisation. You will collaborate with leaders, managers and colleagues to drive adoption, engagement and sustainable behavioural change, including AI-enabled initiatives.

Working with the Culture and Change Lead, you will design interventions, facilitate workshops and build capability to accelerate transformation while ensuring alignment with Quilter's

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change, culture and adoption in complex organisations.
• Evidence of using data and insights to improve adoption.
• Ability to translate strategy into concrete plans and actions.
• Strong facilitation and coaching with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting AI adoption and digital workplace change.
