Job summary

Quilter plc is seeking an Internal Communications Manager – Channels, Content and Data in a hybrid Southampton/London role. You’ll lead strategy for internal channels, ensure high editorial standards, and use data to drive engagement across the employee base.

You will oversee content planning, QA, and AI-enabled improvements while collaborating with HR & Communications partners to align with Quilter’s people strategy and corporate priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple internal communication channels and content
• Ability to set editorial standards and oversee content quality
• Experience using audience data to optimise communications impact
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance content creation and delivery

Responsibilities

• Channel Management: lead strategy and development of Quilter’s internal channels, optimise channel mix and performance using data.
• Content Management & Quality: set high editorial standards, coordinate campaigns and ensure timely, relevant content.
• Data, Insight & Measurement: own measurement framework, use data to target audiences and improve engagement.
• Communications Delivery: manage high-profile moments and regular internal updates; support leadership messaging; hybrid role in Southampton and London.
