Job summary

Quilter is seeking a Culture and Change Partner to shape and deliver high‑impact work across culture, leadership capability, AI-enabled transformation and organisational change.

You will work with the Culture and Change Lead to align enterprise priorities with practical interventions, ensuring changes are understood, locally relevant and embedded in day-to-day work. This role offers involvement across enterprise programmes and targeted interventions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering organisational change, culture, adoption or organisational effectiveness in a complex organisation.
• Practical expertise in change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, enablement and sustainment.
• Experience translating strategy and programme outcomes into clear change plans and interventions.
• Strong facilitation and coaching capability with leaders, managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change and adoption by translating priorities into proportionate plans and actions.
• Assess impacts, readiness and adoption barriers to target support where value is greatest.
• Coordinate engagement, communication, enablement and reinforcement activities for leaders and teams.
• Support design and delivery of leadership interventions to strengthen change behaviours.
• Facilitate workshops and team interventions to turn insight into commitments and action.
• Develop simple resources to reinforce change, performance and collaboration.
