Quilter plc is seeking a senior leader to own the end-to-end customer and adviser journeys across its Affluent segment. You will shape strategy, roadmaps and governance, coordinating across Operations, Digital, Technology, Product and Risk to deliver improved outcomes.

You will drive automation and AI-enabled servicing, balance regulatory requirements with business value, and lead multidisciplinary squads to execute change with measurable impact on customer experience and cost-to-serve.

Qualificações

• Wealth management or financial services experience preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation in journeys, platforms or advisory services.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps, governance and multi-year plans.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy and performance of customer and adviser journeys.
• Define target-state experiences and operating models across functions.
• Lead journey priority setting, backlog governance and investment cases.
