Responsabilités
- Own strategy, performance and transformation across all defined customer and adviser journeys.
- Define target-state experiences, operating models and multi-year roadmaps.
- Lead simplification, standardisation and optimisation of journeys through automation and AI.
- Drive appropriate adoption of automation and AI-enabled servicing models with clear governance.
- Partner with Product, Digital, Technology and Change teams to ensure successful delivery and benefits realisation.
- Maintain governance over journey performance, priorities and delivery commitments.
