Position: Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role

As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities
  • Support and develop your team, maintaining high standards and fostering growth.
  • Manage kitchen operations, plan shifts, and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Ensure compliance with food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Celebrate successes and recognize individual contributions.
