• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards.
• Has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drives and needs.
