Job summary

Autograph Collection in London is seeking an Apprentice Commis Chef to prepare ingredients and mise en place for cooking, portion and store foods, and assist in maintaining HACCP-compliant hygiene in a busy kitchen.

You will work full-time on-site at St Pancras, with responsibilities across all F&B outlets, and participate in training sessions to develop culinary skills and knowledge of brand standards.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Level 2 in Food Hygiene (minimum qualification level)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute and deliver the best quality dishes to our guests in all F&B outlets.
• Deliver and support the hotel and brand’s service standards at every moment.
• Attend and actively participate in all required training sessions including shift briefings and product knowledge sessions.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods.
