Job summary

Compass Group UK & Ireland Defence is recruiting an Apprentice Commis Chef to join our team at Southwick Park on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, and you will work under the guidance of experienced chefs to gain hands-on skills toward the Level 2 Commis Chef qualification.

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Eligibility questionnaire & screening call required for apprenticeship funding and compliance.
• Be a quick learner, work independently, and follow detailed recipes.
• Hold a valid driving license and have access to own vehicle.
