Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with preparation and cooking to hotel standards.
• Support kitchen team with mise en place and daily tasks.
• Develop understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas and storage.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures.
• Assist with receiving, checking and storing deliveries.
