Job summary

NHS Scotland is offering a Band 6 Clinical Co-ordinator within the Community Treatment and Care Service (CTAC). The post involves supporting the CTAC Team Leader and direct line management for band 6/5/3 staff, ensuring high quality clinical care and patient-centred practice across Fife.

Travel throughout the area is required. PVG scheme clearance and right-to-work in the UK are mandatory prior to appointment. A flexible working approach is available to assist staff balance and development.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with current practice status.
• Experience in a Treatment Room or Primary Care Nursing setting.
• Ability to lead and manage a multispecialty nursing team.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the CTAC Team Leader.
• Direct line management for band 6, 5 and 3 staff.
• Ensure clinical care and quality standards are met.
• Promote safe, person-centred care for service users.
• Travel throughout the Fife area as part of the role.
