Job summary

Responsibilities

• To undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties to maintain the smooth running of CTAC and support team objectives.
• To act as a single point of contact for CTAC and Vaccination Services and provide patients with a point of contact for booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments.
• To inform patients of services, offer non-clinical advice and facilitate the booking, cancellation and rescheduling of appointments while adhering to SOPs, scripts and FAQs.
