Job summary

NHS Scotland invites applications for a Band 6 Clinical Co-ordinator within the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership's CTAC. The role supports the CTAC Team Leader and manages Band 6/5/3 nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and compliant clinical standards.

You will be an NMC-registered nurse with extensive experience in Treatment Room or Primary Care settings, and you will work within a multi-professional team requiring excellent communication and time management.

Qualifications

• You will be a nurse registered with the NMC.
• Extensive skills and experience of working in a Treatment Room or Primary Care Nursing/Practice Nursing setting.
• Able to work as part of a multi-professional team.

Responsibilities

• Support CTAC Team Leader and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Direct line management for Band 6 Primary Care Nurses, Band 5 Treatment Room Nurses, and Band 3 Health Care Support Workers.
• Ensure clinical care and quality standards, delivering safe, person-centred practice to meet local needs.
