Job summary

NHS Scotland is inviting applications for a Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) to join the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) Service based at Banchory Group Practice, Aberdeenshire. This 25-hour-per-week fixed-term post (6 months) supports primary care teams across local communities.

You will bring venepuncture experience (essential) and a commitment to high standards of patient care; experience with blood pressure measurements and ECGs is desirable.

Qualifications

• Venepuncture experience is essential.
• Experience undertaking blood pressure measurements and ECGs is desirable.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is adaptable, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Is committed to delivering high standards of patient care.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
