NHS Scotland is offering a Band 6 Clinical Co-ordinator within the Community Treatment and Care Service (CTAC). The post involves supporting the CTAC Team Leader and direct line management for band 6/5/3 staff, ensuring high quality clinical care and patient-centred practice across Fife.
Travel throughout the area is required. PVG scheme clearance and right-to-work in the UK are mandatory prior to appointment. A flexible working approach is available to assist staff balance and development.
We are delighted to be able to offer this opportunity within the Fife Health and Social Care (H&SC) Partnership for a Band 6 Clinical Co-ordinator to work within the Community Treatment and Care Service (CTAC).
Within this role you will provide support to the CTAC Team Leader and have direct line management for band 6 Primary Care Nurses, band 5 Treatment Room Nurses and band 3 Health Care Support Workers. A key part of this role will be to ensure clinical care and quality standards are met and that the service delivers safe, effective, person centred practice to meet the needs of people in Fife.
In applying for this role you will be a nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. You will have extensive skills and experience of working within a Treatment Room or Primary Care Nursing/Practice Nursing setting and be able to work as part of a multi-professional team.
You must have excellent communication and time management skills, be able to prioritise clinical care patient needs, and be adaptable to change. You must evidence continued personal development.
Travel throughout the area is required as part of this post.
