NHS Forth Valley is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join its team across its sites in Scotland. The role supports patients who are acutely unwell, working with adults and older adults in acute hospital and community settings, using de-escalation and person-centred care.

The post involves rotating days and nights, weekends, and flexible hours. Prior caring experience is desirable but not essential; PVG membership and visa sponsorship may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support patients' care needs and assist in upholding clinical care standards on the ward.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team across ward, acute and community settings, with rotating shifts.
