Job summary

Blockchain.com in London is seeking an Affiliate & Growth Networks Specialist to own the end-to-end partner ecosystem. You will drive high-volume, high-value users and onboard partners for wealth.blockchain.com.

You will build aggressive outreach across Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, and Farcaster; design incentive programs; manage top affiliates; collaborate with product and Compliance; and optimize tracking and payouts to move traffic and deposits.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or growth partnerships in Web3/crypto.
Deep, authentic crypto literacy and on-chain participation.
Proven, referenceable network of active Web3 affiliates and communities.
Relentless outreach mindset with experience cold-pitching and closed networks.
Excellent negotiation skills to build win-win commission structures.

Responsibilities

Build, scale, and optimize Blockchain.com’s global Web3 affiliate and partner network.
Execute aggressive daily outreach campaigns to recruit high-signal affiliates and communities.
Leverage personal network of whales and traders from day one.
Design incentive structures to drive traffic to wealth.blockchain.com and token launches.
Manage relationships with top-earning affiliates, providing assets and feedback loops.
Partner cross-functionally with product, content and Legal/Compliance to run promotions.
