Job summary

Blockchain.com in London is seeking an Affiliate & Growth Networks Specialist to own the end-to-end partner ecosystem. You will drive high-volume, high-value users into our ecosystem, with a focus on onboarding clients for wealth.blockchain.com.

This role demands a crypto-native operator who can grind through direct outreach, leverage a pre-existing partner network, and construct highly incentivized affiliate deals that move millions in trading volume and deposits.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in affiliate marketing, business development, or growth partnerships in Web3/crypto.
Deep crypto literacy and active on-chain participation.
Proven network of active Web3 affiliates or related communities.
Relentless outreach mindset with ability to tailor approaches at scale.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to design win-win commission structures.

Responsibilities

Build and scale Blockchain.com’s global Web3 affiliate and partner network.
Execute aggressive daily outreach campaigns to recruit high-signal affiliates and communities.
Leverage personal network of whales and key community founders on day one.
Design incentive structures to drive users to wealth.blockchain.com and related products.
Track performance and optimize partnerships to maximize LTV and minimize CAC.
