Job summary

Saga is seeking a Cruise and Destination Experience Coordinator to shape and deliver market-leading shore excursions across Ocean and River itineraries. You will set up experiences, input data, and ensure accurate guest information, working in a hybrid role at Folkestone and home.

You will join Saga’s Cruise Operations team, coordinating with internal and external partners to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction, with a strong focus on organisation and proactive service.

Responsibilities

• System administration and data input for Destination Experience information.
• Set up excursions in line with itineraries to provide accurate pre-cruise information.
• Review content to ensure guest-facing details are correct and meet expectations.
• Support operational delivery of shore excursion programmes across destinations.
• Manage excursion capacity to ensure guests can enjoy their first choices.
• Enhance River Cruise content to be engaging and informative.
