Job summary

Saga is seeking a Commercial Executive - Ocean to join the Travel Commercial team. The role involves pricing, inventory, and revenue management to ensure accurate, appealing holidays and cruises for customers. Hybrid work is available with a Folkestone office presence required several days per week.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Studio and onboard teams, delivering accurate content and supporting revenue strategies to grow commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Experience in travel industry or a commercial environment is desirable.
• Experience with reservation or commercial systems would be an advantage, Taurus.

Responsibilities

• Support Ocean Cruise Commercial Manager and Travel Commercial team to optimise revenue while keeping customers at heart.
• Ensure promotional material is accurate across channels, including pricing and terms.
• Communicate pricing information clearly to internal and external customers.
• Help berth ships and release passenger manifests to meet sailing deadlines.
• Monitor inventory and respond to room requests; request additional space when needed.
• Contribute to pricing and capacity reviews to maximise revenue.
