Job summary

Saga Travel is seeking a Commercial Executive - Ocean to join our Ocean Cruise Commercial team in a hybrid role, reporting to the Ocean Commercial Manager. You’ll help ensure our holidays and cruises are accurately priced, presented, and ready to sell, while supporting revenue initiatives.

Based from Folkestone with home-working options, you’ll work across pricing, inventory, and promotional content, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Studio and onboard teams to maximise revenue and deliver

Qualifications

Experience within the Travel industry or a Commercial environment.
Knowledge of Taurus is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
Good Excel and analytical skills.
A collaborative approach with Sales, Marketing, Studio and onboard teams.

Responsibilities

Support Ocean Cruise Commercial Manager and Travel Commercial team to optimise revenue.
Ensure pricing, terms and revenue messaging are accurate across channels.
Collaborate with Studio and Marketing to deliver content by deadlines.
Communicate pricing information clearly to internal and external customers.
Manage Ocean inventory and allocate guarantee cabins.
Monitor hotel and flight inventory and request extra space when needed.
Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and support pricing/capacity reviews.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while balancing commercial decisions.
