Job summary

Zurich on the Isle of Man is seeking a versatile Servicing Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on training, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration to deliver efficient operations and proactive planning.

You will support UAT, update procedures, and act as a SME across projects, while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively and stay organised.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Capable of deputising in the absence of the Team Manager.
• Ideally AML Accredited or working towards it.
• Some experience within servicing teams is ideal.
• Ability to cover across different lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Learn quickly to support multiple operational teams at short notice.
• Own and execute a training and development plan for multi-skilling across Operations.
• Forecast resource requirements and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across teams.
• Support projects as SME and improve MI quality for proactive planning.
• Engage in UAT and update procedures and controls.
• Analyse trends and share data with stakeholders.
• Lead by example and model Zurich behaviours.
• Contribute to audits, pod developments and ad-hoc tasks.
• Provide team training when needed and act as a point of contact.
