Zurich Cover-More is seeking a senior project delivery professional to lead end-to-end onboarding and migration projects across Europe. You will work with stakeholders across Product, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations and Customer Service to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

You will develop detailed plans, manage risks, and drive governance while maintaining strong partner relationships and a focus on customer outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience managing end-to-end project implementations, ideally within insurance or another regulated industry.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a project delivery, business implementation, or project management role.
• Experience onboarding partners and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Strong project management expertise, with knowledge of Prince2 and/or Agile methodologies preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of an organisation.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging with both internal and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high standards of delivery.
• Experience within insurance partnerships, MGAs, or insurance implementation projects would be highly advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex partner onboarding and migration projects across Europe.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, Customer Service, Risk and Compliance.
• Lead project governance activities, including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure key business requirements are delivered, including due diligence, data protection assessments, IT security reviews, legal agreements and operational readiness.
• Facilitate internal and external project meetings, providing clear updates, action tracking and progress reporting.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.
• Provide post-implementation support and manage subsequent project activity as required.
