Job summary

JD.COM is seeking a Cross-Border Logistics Operations Manager in the United Kingdom to oversee end-to-end cross-border logistics between Europe and warehousing facilities. The role requires strong experience in cross-border operations, shipments, customs, and performance analysis, with fluency in Chinese and English.

You will manage reservations, monitor cargo movements, and drive optimization plans across Europe while maintaining KPI reporting and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in cross-border operations or logistics
• Experience with customs or cross-border trade training preferred
• Fluent in Chinese and English is required

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse entry reservations and booking flow
• Monitor cargo flow from destination port to warehouse
• Track and resolve booking, pickup, customs declarations and clearance
• Monitor shipment status and handle exceptions promptly
• Maintain operational data for cross-border business
• Analyze overall European operations and propose optimizations
• Maintain logistics ledgers and transit-time calculations
• Calculate transit time and optimize transport capacity
• Generate operation reports and KPI data

About You

• Industry Experience: 3 years or above
• Position-related Experience: 3 years or above
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English
• Professional Skills: Prior cross-border operation experience required; candidates with customs or cross-border trade professional training are preferred
