Job summary

JD.com is seeking a cross-border logistics specialist to oversee cargo flow from port to warehouse in Milton Keynes. You will coordinate bookings, pickups, and customs declarations, track shipments, and manage data for cross-border operations within Europe.

The role requires 3+ years in cross-border logistics, a Bachelor's degree or higher, and fluency in Chinese and English. Prior cross-border operation experience and professional training are preferred; the position offers growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Monitor full cargo flow from destination port to warehouse.
• Follow up on booking, pickup, customs declaration and clearance.
• Track shipment status and resolve exceptions in a timely manner.
• Manage operational data for cross-border businesses.
• Analyze overall operational performance in Europe and propose optimization plans.
• Calculate transit time and optimize transport capacity.
• Generate operation reports and KPI data.
