Job summary

JD.com in the United Kingdom seeks a Customs Operations (Last Mile) specialist to manage warehouse entry reservations, monitor cargo flow, and ensure smooth booking and declarations across Europe.

You will track shipments, analyze performance, maintain operation ledgers, and generate KPI reports, contributing to optimized cross-border logistics. Fluency in Chinese and English is required; a Bachelor's degree or higher is expected.

• Position-related Experience: 3 years or above.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Professional Skills: Prior cross-border operation experience required; candidates with customs or cross-border trade professional training are preferred.
