Job summary

Puffy, a remote-first, nine-figure D2C brand, seeks a CRO Content Manager, AI-First to own its brand narrative, PDP and landing-page copy, and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll report to the VP – Digital Experience & Conversion and collaborate with CRO and Design to convert insights into tested content.

You will turn complex product features and customer concerns into persuasive buying arguments for a US audience, building scalable content systems that raise quality and speed while driving commercial

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build and run AI-driven workflows that improve content quality and speed.
• Exceptional conversion copywriting and editorial judgment while preserving brand voice and accuracy.
• Strong CRO mindset with testing and analytics discipline to drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own brand voice, messaging hierarchy, substantiation, and conversion copy; provide briefs to teams.
• Build repeatable content systems and AI workflows with clear hypotheses and evidence.
• Lead PDP and landing-page copy strategies with cross-functional partners to improve conversion.
