Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, is hiring a PPC Specialist to own day-to-day Google Ads and Meta campaign execution at scale. You will build structures, run the daily loop, and document AI-assisted workflows that drive improvements on a large, mature account.

You will report to the Senior Manager, PPC and work remotely with global flexibility. This role offers rapid growth to PPC Manager within 1–2 years and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• 2+ years in Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Search, Performance Max and Shopping campaign structures.
• Ability to design Google Ads structures from scratch with clear explanations.
• Experience spending USD 500,000/month on campaigns.
• Strong keyword research, negative keywords and bidding knowledge.
• Analytical skills with GA, Analytics and Excel/Sheets.
• Understanding CRO and A/B testing principles.
• Experience using AI tools for campaign work with validation.
• Attention to detail and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build campaigns from scratch across Search, Performance Max and Shopping for brand and non-brand.
• Run the daily optimization loop on Google Ads with Meta campaigns alongside.
• Coordinate bidding, negative keywords, and quality checks; seek approvals as needed.
• Document repeatable AI-assisted workflows and validate against data.
• Collaborate with CRO and Development on landing-page tests.
