Job summary

Puffy is seeking a Marketing Manager, AI-First, who will own the path from consumer insight to campaigns, including consumer research, strategy, AI-assisted briefs and scripts, and select partnerships. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and is global-remotely based.

The role focuses on turning shopper insights into effective campaigns, coordinating with paid channels, and driving AI-driven creative direction with no intermediate layers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years with D2C e-commerce brands.
• Ability to develop performance marketing ideas and creative strategies from consumer insights.
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Turn consumer insights into campaigns and partnerships that drive growth.
• Own briefs and scripts for AI video generation and creative outputs.
• Lead selected exclusive strategic affiliate partnerships and review performance with leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams.
