Job summary

Ashdown Group in London is seeking a CRM Analyst to own the quality, consistency, and day-to-day administration of its CRM and related systems. The role is based in Central London with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week, enabling collaboration with internal teams and senior stakeholders.

You will manage data quality, ensure accurate capture of opportunities and commercial information, and coordinate with external developers to deliver complex CRM enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience owning CRM and data.
• Experience administering HubSpot.
• Keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality, including duplicate management, record clean-up, field completeness and regular data quality reporting.
• Work with senior stakeholders to ensure opportunities and commercial information are recorded accurately and promptly.
• Manage users, licences and permissions, including onboarding, role changes, offboarding and periodic access reviews.
• Maintain CRM standards, including pipeline stages, mandatory fields, naming conventions and project codes.
• Manage the CRM request process, resolve configuration issues and coordinate more complex requirements with the external development partner.

A growing global advisory firm is looking for a CRM Analyst to take ownership of the quality, consistency and day-to-day administration of its CRM and related systems. This role is based in Central London - as the business embraces flexibility, you're able to work from home 2 days per week.

Working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders you will inherit an active programme of improvements offering the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change. Your responsibilities will include:

In order to be suitable for this role you will have an excellent communication style with prior experience of owning CRM and data. You will have experience in administering HubSpot and have a keen eye for detail as well as working effectively with Excel.
