Adler & Allan is seeking a proactive Junior Client Services Executive to support the full lifecycle of customer enquiries and opportunities. You will log all enquiries in the CRM, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely updates and high service standards.

On-site in Rainham, you will also assist onboarding, chase purchase orders, update client portals, and contribute to reporting. The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and IT proficiency in Microsoft

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer enquiries and log in CRM.
• Progress opportunities through to completion per contract requirements.
• Source job information from depots, service centres, and subcontractors.
