Adler & Allan Ltd. are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Junior Client Services Executive to join our Client Services team based on-site in Rainham.

This role supports the full lifecycle of customer enquiries, updates CRM systems, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely updates and high standards of service. You will assist with onboarding, chase purchase orders, support client portal updates, and contribute to departmental reporting and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to navigate CRM systems and bespoke databases.
• Commercial awareness and some upselling experience desirable.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and log enquiries onto the CRM system.
• Progress opportunities through to completion in line with contract requirements.
• Source completed job information from depots, service centres, and subcontractors.
• Maintain and update CRM and Focal Point systems daily.
• Produce weekly reports on open opportunities for Depot Managers.
• Raise purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support onboarding new customers, including liaising with Quality and Credit Control.
• Manage and update client portals.
• Send weekly spill response job paperwork and chase purchase orders.
• Conduct follow‑ups to collect NPS scores.
• Provide cover for team members during absences.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
