Job Function: Business Operations and Analytics

Your mission:
As the CRM Specialist, you will drive user adoption on MS Dynamics and support CRM users through the follow-up and resolution of their cases and queries.
In addition to this, you will assess relevant business needs and leverage the CRM platforms accordingly to make the Epson sales force as effective and efficient as possible.
Please note that this is not a system’s developer role; this is a functional position.
Given the importance of adaptability of modern living, this position offers three days of remote work per week.

What will you do:

  1. Analyse customer’s requirements and translate into technical/functional specifications that can be understood by the business community or used by a professional IT Developer.
  2. Through business analysis, identify the best solutions either already available or to be implemented within the managed CRM platforms according to best practice.
  3. Provide technical and functional support to CRM users through active management of their requests.
  4. Troubleshoot when/where necessary. Assess and test the cases assigned.
  5. Liaise with system developers to ensure quality of deliverables, timely progression of projects, and adherence to specification.
  6. Occasionally support IT with the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, based on the agreed specifications.

What we ask for:

  1. Ideally of graduate caliber with a degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or related disciplines.
  2. Proven functional knowledge of MS Dynamics (with prior exposure to development).
  3. Able to interpret data and troubleshoot problems with theoretical understanding of relational databases.
  4. Able to translate and review business requirements, identify issues and generate possible solutions to complex problems whilst establishing good standard operating procedures.
  5. Preferably with full project lifecycle experience.
  6. Numerate with an eye for detail, analytical and logical approach to problem solving with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  7. Prioritise workload and manage own time to meet agreed targets and deadlines.
  8. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
