Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Reading, UK is seeking a part-time Sales Analytics / CRM coordinator to support the Packaging EMEAI region. The role focuses on sales excellence, data hygiene, and enabling a high-performing sales team.

You will deliver CRM training, translate data into clear dashboards for leadership, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to drive initiatives and milestones. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales analysis or CRM and strong BI skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Sales Analysis or Operations or CRM
• Ability to influence senior leaders to drive adoption
• Strong Excel/Office and data presentation skills
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Support CRM adoption and data hygiene across Packaging EMEAI
• Assist in optimizing sales processes and tools
• Improve onboarding and training to boost productivity
• Deliver CRM and Sales Excellence training
• Translate data into dashboards and presentations for leadership
• Coordinate monthly Sales Demand Review
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations
