Job summary

Adanola is seeking a CRM Assistant to support the CRM team across our channels for a global audience. This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, curiosity, and rapid learning within a small, ambitious team in Manchester.

You will use core CRM systems to execute campaigns, QA work, and help grow the CRM database while complying with GDPR and CAN-SPAM guidelines. This position suits a proactive learner aiming to develop retention marketing skills.

Qualifications

• Interest in CRM, retention or customer marketing.
• Able to use core systems and tools accurately, with a willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of GDPR/CAN-SPAM basics and ASA guidelines, or willingness to learn fast.
• Curious about testing and optimisation and able to apply learnings from A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Use CRM systems to complete day-to-day tasks across channels, loyalty, reviews, event management and survey tools.
• Build and execute localised campaigns by following briefs and using approved templates and brand guidelines.
• QA campaigns to fix issues such as broken links, missing personalisation or localisation errors before go-live.
• Follow the CRM calendar, attend planning meetings and input ideas for future activity.
• Support health and growth of the CRM database and assist on acquisition drives.
• Work on Adanola Rewards Club journeys and set up promotions with support.
• Follow compliance rules in all executions.
• Produce reports from templates and begin to explain trends.
• Summarise customer feedback from reviews and surveys and apply insights to campaigns.
• Attend stakeholder and vendor meetings and follow up on actions.
