Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Marketing Advisor for a 3-month contract with potential extensions, offering hybrid working in Bradford. The role pays market rates and focuses on supporting loyalty campaigns and supplier-promoted activity across digital channels.

You will help plan, build and execute targeted campaigns, manage customer audiences and craft engaging customer communications. Relevant CRM experience and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing/CRM/loyalty roles is desirable.
• Familiarity with marketing/CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, setup and delivery of loyalty and promotional campaigns.
• Respond to customer and colleague enquiries relating to promotions.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with established processes.
• Good data entry / processing skills to move data from source to target CRM.
