Job summary

BIMM University is seeking an Enterprise Applications Developer - CRM to enhance and support our CRM platform and related applications. You will work in Digital, AI & Platform Services to deliver reliable, user-focused solutions across student recruitment, admissions, engagement and business operations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, configuring or supporting CRM and enterprise applications, ideally Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Experience with platform configuration, automation tools, integrations and data management.
• Knowledge of software development, testing and release management practices.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs and data flows between applications.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and enhance CRM functionality to support recruitment, admissions and operations.
• Collaborate across university teams to design user-centred solutions.
• Create and maintain automations, workflows and integrations to boost efficiency.
• Support CRM integrations with other enterprise platforms.
• Investigate and resolve application issues to keep systems reliable.
• Contribute to platform upgrades and new functionality.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and compliant with standards.
• Maintain documentation, testing and change controls for quality delivery.
