Job summary

BIMM University is seeking an Enterprise Applications Developer - CRM to enhance and support our CRM platform and related applications across Digital, AI & Platform Services. You will translate business needs into reliable, user‑friendly solutions that support student recruitment, admissions, engagement and wider university operations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, configuring or supporting CRM and enterprise applications, ideally within Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and data flows between applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and enhance CRM functionality to support student recruitment, admissions, engagement and operational processes.
• Work with colleagues across the University to understand requirements and design effective, user-centred solutions.
• Create and maintain automations, workflows, integrations and custom functionality that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support the development and maintenance of integrations between CRM and other enterprise platforms.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring systems remain reliable and effective.
• Contribute to platform upgrades, enhancements and the introduction of new functionality.
• Help ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with technology standards and best practice.
• Maintain clear documentation, testing processes and change controls to support high-quality delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, innovation and the effective use of technology.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and technology partners to deliver successful outcomes.
