Job summary

BIMM University is seeking an Enterprise Applications Developer - CRM to develop, configure and enhance our CRM platform and related applications. You'll work within Digital, AI & Platform Services, partnering with teams across the university to support student recruitment, admissions, engagement and core operations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, configuring or supporting CRM and enterprise applications, ideally within Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Experience with platform configuration, automation tools, integrations and data management.
• Knowledge of software development, testing and release management practices.
• Understanding integrations, APIs and data flows between applications.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and enhance CRM functionality to support student recruitment, admissions, engagement and operational processes.
• Work with colleagues across the University to understand requirements and design user-centred solutions.
• Create and maintain automations, workflows, integrations and custom functionality to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support the development and maintenance of integrations between CRM and other enterprise platforms.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring systems remain reliable.
• Contribute to platform upgrades, enhancements and new functionality.
• Help ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with standards and best practice.
• Maintain documentation, testing processes and change controls to support high-quality delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, innovation and effective use of technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers and technology partners to deliver outcomes.
