Job summary

BIMM University is seeking an Enterprise Applications Developer - CRM to build, configure and support our CRM platform and related applications. You will work in Digital, AI & Platform Services, delivering reliable, user-focused solutions that support recruitment, admissions, engagement and business operations.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, develop automations and integrations, and help maintain secure, scalable systems with clear documentation and testing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, configuring or supporting CRM and enterprise applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs and data flows between applications.
• Experience with platform configuration and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and enhance CRM functionality to support recruitment, admissions, engagement and operational processes.
• Work with colleagues across the University to understand requirements and design effective, user-centred solutions.
• Create and maintain automations, workflows, integrations and custom functionality that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support the development and maintenance of integrations between CRM and other enterprise platforms.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring systems remain reliable and effective.
• Contribute to platform upgrades, enhancements and new functionality.
• Maintain documentation, testing processes and change controls for high-quality delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and technology.
