AO is hiring a CRM Executive to support the CRM Manager in delivering a comprehensive, multi-channel CRM strategy for mobile brands. The role covers acquisition, retention and reactivation campaigns to boost loyalty and lifetime value.

Based onsite at Bolton, you will work across teams to support targeted campaigns, engage customers and drive growth through CRM activities. You will be a fit if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or CRM role with analytical skills.
• Able to work with senior stakeholders and translate requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for marketing campaigns from stakeholders.
• Lead campaign content planning and write email briefs for creatives.
• Coordinate updates and feedback with the creative team.
• Build emails in Emarsys using drag-and-drop templates.
• Test proof emails and schedule broadcasts.
• Record and report email KPIs (open, click, bounce, orders, revenue).
• Execute testing plans and share learnings with seniors.
• Analyse customer behaviour and segment value with CRM Manager.
