Job summary

Tempcover is seeking an experienced CRM Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead our CRM strategy and multi-channel campaigns. You will shape automated journeys across Email, SMS and Push notifications, driving Returning Customers and new product communications, while partnering with the CMO and cross-functional teams.

The role requires proven experience with Braze, data analytics, and using tools like Google Analytics and Power BI to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer engagement platforms and multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience creating automated multi-channel user journeys to improve engagement and conversions.
• Experience building Email, SMS and Push Notification campaigns.
• Strong data management and reporting, using CEP, Google Analytics and Power BI.
• Ability to leverage AI to streamline processes.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time.
• Basic HTML coding for email templates.
• Experience in the insurance market.
• Experience using Claude AI assistant.

Responsibilities

• Support the CMO to create a strategic vision.
• Implement automated customer journeys across multiple channels.
• Deploy tactical campaigns.
• Measure and report on performance across campaigns weekly and monthly.
• Work with a broad range of stakeholders.
