Ignite is partnering with an award-winning CRM and email agency to lead a small group of client accounts as CRM Manager. You’ll own automation, lifecycle journeys, list growth, segmentation and reporting, and serve as the Klaviyo specialist for clients.

This fully remote role within the UK offers genuine ownership, the voice in the room, and the chance to work with household names while driving revenue and retention through strategic email programmes.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in Email Marketing/CRM, agency or fast-moving DTC/B2C experience.
• Hands-on Klaviyo knowledge: campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and retention via email programmes.
• Analytical with experience using Klaviyo analytics, Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets.
• Comfortable leading client calls and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Background in Retail, DTC or Travel is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a select group of client accounts and own CRM strategy.
