Job summary

In this role you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle from onboarding to loyalty, pilot new channels like WhatsApp, and partner with product and data to connect CRM with the wider experience. You’ll build a high-performing team and drive measurable revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or messaging marketing.
• Proven experience moving a program from batch to triggered, automated messaging.
• Experience leading and developing a CRM team.
• Strong analytics, experiments, and metric-driven improvements.
• Familiarity with AI/automation in CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM program end to end: strategy, roadmap, and calls to action across email, push, and SMS.
• Lead, coach, and develop the CRM team to raise execution and analysis standards.
• Drive AI-driven Next Best Action and automated messaging at scale.
• Pilot new channels like WhatsApp and in-app messaging with product teams.
• Partner with product and data to connect CRM messaging with overall customer experience.
• Establish holdout testing and reporting to prove revenue impact.
