Job summary

ActiveOps, based in Slough, UK, seeks a CRM & Data Governance Analyst to ensure trusted data and clear standards across the customer lifecycle. You will act as the interface between the CRM/knowledge management teams and business functions, handling data, reporting, and collateral requests with a focus on quality and accessibility.

The role requires strong CRM literacy, experience with data quality, and the ability to coordinate with multiple functions across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CRM environment with data vs configuration awareness.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM systems, can spot data quality issues.
• Able to use CRM-native reporting tools and maintain dashboards.
• Clear communicator, able to liaise with stakeholders across functions/time zones.
• Organised and capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously.
• Reliable and proactive, follows through on routine tasks with minimal supervision.
