Job summary

ActiveOps seeks a CRM Data & Reporting Analyst to ensure data quality across the customer lifecycle, maintain trusted content, and uphold governance standards. You will bridge the CRM/knowledge management teams with business functions, acting as the first line of triage for data, reporting, and collateral requests.

You will work with data owners, maintain dashboards, and support data changes, while coordinating with stakeholders across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CRM environment with data vs configuration issues.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and CRM data quality.
• Proficient in CRM native reporting and dashboards.
• Clear communicator with stakeholders across functions/time zones.
• Organised, able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Reliable, proactive, follows through on tasks independently.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365, SharePoint, or comparable CRM/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Data quality/governance for CRM and knowledge management systems across the customer lifecycle.
• Maintain and apply shared data standards and definitions across functions.
• Monitor adherence to standards and escalate to data owners as needed.
• Support data completion after system changes by agreeing correction plans.
• Maintain data lineage documentation across systems and with Data Engineering.
• Maintain MSD-native dashboards and reporting standards across regions.
