Job summary

LAW Absolute in London is seeking an experienced CRM & Client Data Manager to own the CRM strategy and client data governance. This role sits in a growing BD & Marketing team and offers visibility, autonomy and long‑term career progression within a leading law firm.

You'll drive CRM transformation, enhance Interaction+ Hybrid usage, ensure GDPR compliance, deliver analytics to support business growth and train stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years CRM experience within a law firm.
• Strong experience with Interaction+ Hybrid.
• Expertise in CRM data management, reporting and analytics.
• Experience driving CRM adoption and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.

• Lead the ongoing development and implementation of the firm's CRM strategy
• Manage and optimise Interaction+ Hybrid and associated CRM technologies
• Drive data quality, governance and GDPR compliance across all CRM activities
