Job summary

Ministry of CRM in London is seeking a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to own the operating layer between strategy and live campaign delivery. You will translate briefs into journeys, segments, rules, QA checks, deployment plans, and performance readouts for ambitious brand teams.

You will collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, and client teams to ensure campaigns are not only launched but operated with discipline, building accelerators and internal tools to speed delivery.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or campaign operations.
• Comfort working in CRM or ESP platforms and with audience segmentation logic.
• Strong written communication, delivery discipline, and attention to operational detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain journey flows, segmentation rules, campaign schedules, and deployment checklists.
• Coordinate campaign readiness across creative, data, content, QA, and client approval tracks.
• Translate strategy into clear operational requirements for platform and production teams.
• Validate links, tracking, audience rules, consent logic, and launch dependencies before deployment.
